Sunday was my 21st birthday, which I spent with friends and family back home before starting another tiresome 9-hour journey back to Bordeaux. It was fun and I got beautiful gifts, including the much lusted after

CANON EOS 450D!!!!

So I now have a new gorgeous camera and cannot complain that my photos suck because of my equipment (not that I really did that, but I did sometimes feel limited with my bridge when it came to depth of field/focus).

I hope to have the occasion to use the beauty sonon, wish me luck!
